double fusion F-3 to F-4

I had a single fusion 22 months ago, I 'm not wait a double fusion F-3 to F-5 in Sept.... What can you tell me, any advice, time of recovery and length of surgery.

Do you mean L-3 to L5? I don't know where F-3 and F-5 are on the spine.
