Started by Rahul sharma on 06/24/2016 3:55am

My age is 20. I am having back ache for more than 3 years.I have pain specially in my lower & middle back. I exercise daily to keep the pain reduced. The pain enhances after bending forward or while lifting weight. I have no other pains related to it.I also got a check up ,doctors told me to exercise daily & no forward bending still the pain is constant.what should I do ?

I would ask my doc for pain meds. Start low like Vicodin and see if that helps. May need a stranger dose than 5/325 to work. I say NEVER have back surgery. Biggest regret I have. Much more pain and in order to keep my pain leve at 4 on 1-10 scale, I take 3 30mg morphine sulfate and 10mg of oxycodone daily. I have a high tolerance for pain. I walked around for 15 years with a broken back from combat on the Gulf War because no docs took me seriously. When one did, my 3 hour surgery took 8.5 hours. Surgeon said I should have been paralyzed and did not understand how I dealt with the pain.
