New neck surgery after acdf at c4/5 and c5/6

From: Lela - on 11/11/2012 10:29am

Hi all I am new here on spineuniverse and want your help, I have had an acdf at level c4/5 and c5/6 and now have a herniation at level c3/4 and a herniation at c6/7 the 6/7 has a bone spur is abutting ap against my spinal cord, I have pain down both arms and weakness, pain into my middle fingers , I also have mid back problems, herniations in my thoracic that bother me tremendously, but this new orthopedic doc wants to go ahead and fuse me, I had two neurosurgeons who wouldn't touch my neck one NS told me I needed to lose weight and one told me it was just fibromyalgia, this new orthopedic looked at my MRI and and said you really need to think about surgery, I am at a crossroads and just need some advice, thanks Lela
