Mild L4-L5 disc bulge without significant mass

Started by 1108257457@facebook on 06/07/2011 9:53pm

Had auto accident where I was rear-ended. 24hrs after accident my back does nothing but ache ! Am currently receiving chiropractic care & doing stretches . Is seeming to help but I still have days where it "Aches" continuously! Went to Ortho Dr. ordered a MRI . Impression: Mild L4-L5 disc bulge without significant mass effect... Is this something that will go away with exercise & stretching or is this something I will have to feel for the rest of my life? I am not a person to sit back & take medication to prolong the healing process, (while you are knocked out from Narcotics & unable to do normal activities ) Anyone have same situation? I have a high tolerence to pain but the nagging ache needs to go!!
