Back and joint cracking.
I'm just seeking some advice. I get a lot of stiffness in my back and some mild pain, everyday I crack my back several times by twisting/stretching my back to relieve the stiffness, and it cracks loudly several times. Many of my joints click/crack, especially my ankles and toes when I walk.
Is it bad to be cracking my back several times a day? What could be causing the stiffness? Does anyone else have this problem?
My friends and family all think it's odd how much I need to stretch it out and how much/loud it cracks!
