chronic neck pain and arm numbness

Started by wbohlim on 11/15/2010 9:56am

I have had 4 surgeries in the past ten years resulting in a six level cervical fusion from C2-T1. Three non-fusions along the way, 22 screws, two plates, and two rods still in position.

I am 6 months post surgery ( 4th surgery) and fully disabled from work due to pain, medicine and numbness in my arms everyday.

I am trying to find data on others who have a six level fusion, and what their experiences have been. I can assure you that I can relate to all of the posts I read.

Oh yes, I also have three bulged disks in my lower back that I have suffered from for over 30 years. In fact S1 has self-fused over time to L5.

Wishing everyone only the best life has to offer!
