thoracic vertrae and ribs

i see a lot of cervical and lumbar, not much thoracic,,,because of my osteoporis and prednisone my vertibrae are going one after the other all in thoracic region,, so many changing symptoms and so much pain.Buy i have to say my ribs are causing many problems as far as walking getting up and down and trying to lay down...please share your experience it seems like this is not a common problem,,although maybe it is and no one discusses it...my docs cant seem to get it they say they dont know..somebodys got to know
