cold laser therapy
just curious if anyone has tried cold laser therapy for back pain.I had 2 herniated discs in back had cortizone injections ,4 epidoral blocks ,medications ,therapy ,chiropractors i bought a tens unit, havent tried acupuncture or massage therapy yet

Not only have I tried cold laser therapy, but I use it everyday on everypatient. It is a great tool to help speed up the healing process, decrease pain, increase flexibility, strengthen muscle, along with many other uses. You may want to call several chiropractic offices in your area and ask if they use cold laser. Acupuncture and massage therapy are also good adjunctive treatments that have been proven to help with back pain. Hope you get better!
