Dr. Balter is Medical Director at The Center for Pain Medicine. He studied medicine at Northeastern Ohio College of Medicine and received his residency training at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan. He completed pain management fellowship training at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He is board certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology and has over 15 years experience in the field of pain management. He has developed educational programs for training physicians in pain management throughout the country.
