Dr. Aggarwal obtained his Medical Degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University, Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine through the University of Virginia Roanoke-Salem Program in Roanoke. He subsequently completed his residency in Physical Medical & Rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Currently, Dr. Aggarwal is completing a Pain Management Fellowship.

Dr. Aggarwal is a member of many societies including the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports and Occupational Rehabilitation, American Academy of Pain Medicine, and American Pain Society.
