About Carlos Alberto Tello, MD

Dr. Carlos Alberto Tello is the Associate Professor of Pediatric Orthopedics at the University of Buenos Aires. Additionally, he is Chief of the Spine Unit at the Hospital de Pediatria Garrahan.

Dr. Tello has studied at trauma and scoliosis centers in Italy, Brazil, and the United States, as well as in Argentina. He holds memberships in international societies including: Scoliosis Research Society, Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America, North American Spine Society of Europe, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Sociedad Latinoamericana de Ortopedia y Traumatologia, and founding member of the Sociedad Ibero Latinoamericana de Culumna. Dr. Tello is also an active member of Argentine Societies, holding positions such as President and Secretary of many Argentine orthopaedic societies.

Dr. Tello is a member of the SpineUniverse International Editorial Board.
