About Jon A. Krumerman, MD
Jon Krumerman, MD is Board Certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. He recently was awarded the Patients’ Choice Award. Fewer than 5% of the physicians in the country have been recognized with this honor, which is based on high marks in several areas, including doctor-patient face time and degree of follow-up.
His areas of interest include the diagnosis and treatment of disc herniation, spinal stenosis, chiari malformation, and spinal cord tumor. Dr. Krumerman performs microsurgery, minimally invasive discectomy, minimally invasive fusion, annuloplasty, and other advanced surgical procedures.
Dr. Krumerman graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University and continued his education at the University of Florida, College of Medicine, graduating with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. He completed his neurosurgery training at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
Dr. Krumerman is a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Texas Medical Association, and Dallas County Medical Association.
