About David A. Benavides, MD
Dr. David Benavides is a board certified and fellowship trained orthopaedic spine surgeon. His practice, Central Nebraska Spinal Surgery Center is located in Kearney, NE.
Dr. Benavides received his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He completed his orthopaedic internship and residency at Scott & White Memorial Hospital, Texas A&M University, College of Medicine in Temple, TX. He expanded his skill and experience through a spinal surgery fellowship at South Texas Orthopaedic and Spinal Surgery Associates and the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, TX.
He is an active member of many prestigious medical societies including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society, Texas Orthopaedic Association, and Nebraska Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
