Full Results for SpineUniverse Neck Pain Treatment Options Survey

To help neck pain patients figure out what treatment options work, SpineUniverse ran a survey in early 2008. We wanted to know what treatments people had tried and which treatments left them the most satisfied (in terms of pain reduction). On the site, we showed people a list of treatment options and asked them to rate their satisfaction with the outcome of each treatment they tried. They were given a scale from Very Dissatisfied to Very Satisfied. Patients were also able to note that they hadn't tried a treatment option.

310 people responded to the neck pain treatment options survey, generating the following results:

We also ran the same survey for back pain patients. You can read about the back pain survey results. There's also an article interpreting the back pain results and what they mean for patients.
