Diclofenaz (Voltaren)

Volatren is the brand name for diclofenaz. This prescription medication is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is prescribed to treat mild to moderate pain caused by inflammatory disorders such as ankylosing spondylitis and arthritis (osteoarthritis). Voltaren helps relieve inflammation and pain by reducing hormones that contribute to these symptoms. Diclofenaz treats the symptoms of the above-mentioned disorders, not the disorder itself.
